🔹What have we done for "months"
Our team had never given up till the point when we finally decided to close our project. We had been working really hard for months on the project utility which is the game. To recall, our game idea, which is based on Clash of Clans, is very difficult and on much higher level compared to existing blockchain games, because most existing blockchain games are quite easy to develop compared to ours. The first dev that we outsourced were unfortunately a scammer. He was the one who crashed Lucid from 7 mil mc to 3mil mc. We trusted him because we thought why would he scam us when he did not run away at a higher mc around 20mil mc. Sadly, at the end, greed still took over him and he ran away and scammed lots of our and our investors' money when the mc was around 7mil. This dev's runaway was the cause of the game delay because according to our roadmap and our contract with the scam dev, the game was supposed to finish by mid January. This caused us to find a replaced game dev team.
The second game dev team was more trustworthy compared to the previous scam dev. The way this second game dev team work together with their past project portfolio gave us the confidence and that was why we made an announcement around the beginning of this year that we would be able to relaunch Lucid Lands around the end of 2022. Everything went smooth and we were extremely happy with the work they delivered (see proofs in the proof of work section below) .... until recently (very last minute) that we discover their inability to successfully deliver the game on the last phase of the game development because our game idea is too complex.

- Graphic: Most of you would think graphic is easy and would not take much time, but no that's only correct if the graphics are just simple graphics for degen projects, mostly meme projects. Our graphics, from the game characters to the game UI, are not just 2D but 3D and animated for the game. Not to say, we need to come up with original ideas for all graphics, not just buying from a source or copy and paste. The graphic process took lots of our time.

These proofs were not just recently made up to fake it but to prove that we have always been on track of what we promised and this project closure was unfortunate out of our expectation as well. If we didn't plan to relaunch this or to scam you guys, we would not need to waste our time on preparing such things.

📣 Lucid Lands Official Announcement 📣
Many investors have been reporting that they cannot claim the staking rewards. The reason for this is that the reward pool is currently at its minimum amount to allow further withdraws.
So here are the solutions:
❗️Reduce APY to 0% => TEMPORARY pause staking
We will temporarily pause staking function for sustainability of the reward pool until the upcoming relaunch. At the current staking rate, it requires approximately 2.5% of total supply (equivalent to 2,500,000+ $LLG) MONTHLY, which will lead to a drained reward pool by the time we relaunch. So the temporary staking pause will be the best result to ensure a sustainable reward pool for the relaunch with a working game product.
❗️We will add more $LLG into the current reward pool right before the relaunch so that investors can claim their reward balance before we proceed with the relaunch. In other words, you wont lose your rewards that you have earned prior to the moment we reduce the APY back to 0%.
The reason why we will add more $LLG into the reward pool before the relaunch instead of right now is to preserve the highest possible liquidity for the relaunch. If we add $LLG into the reward pool now, people will claim and further dump on the chart.

Hey guys, just checking up with the dApp dev. The missing LLG from the staking is resulted from the display error of the dApp. The web display didn't display the correct amount of the difference between the old APY with the new APY, hence the missing LLG amount. However, the update of the staking contract previously prevents the decrease in reward because of changes in APY. So in the staking contract, all the reward value is accurate in the contract but inaccurate in the web display
We already in discuss with the dev about the issue after the patch update. The problem should resolve soon

I've received a lot of Dms asking about Lucid Lands's progress and upcoming roadmap. So, in this message, I'll answer the common questions/concerns from the investors.
✅ Game progress: Yes, team is still working on the game. Why does the game development take so long? The game script is very different from other blockchain games. It is not a card-game nor a typical turn-based game that can be easily developed within a short time.
✅ Team tokens and Liquidity : To show the team's dedication to the project, team tokens were vested and the monthly token distribution to the team was also already paused. This means no team members would received additional tokens until the product is completed. Team will extend the LP lock period as well.
✅ What to expect - Upcoming Roadmap
▶️After team discussion, we all agree that the best way to move forward is a rebranded relaunch with a workable product. To revive the hype and to get back the investors' eyes on us: Beside delivering the game on the relaunch date, we will rebrand all aspects of the project:
- New name
- New website with detailed roadmap in regards to the future development plans.
- New social groups
> This is to freshen up the atmosphere as well as to let the holders/believers witness the organic growth of the new social groups from scratch again and to let them see the team's marketing efforts and effects.

Resources are going to be used in the most collaborative way. So it can have the most impact.
Marketing with no game atm after such a ride that we've had is absolutely the most retarded thing you could do
The team has put over 120k into marketing and might as well wiped there ass with the money .
The world seen an image and couldn't imagine where we are going.
We need to have the game completely produced and have something that's tangible, when we have something people can grab hold of and do .
Oh cool a token that's cool a games coming yeah it'll be here in like 6 months or so ..... no one wants to wait and jeets are out harder than ever ...
Be real , time frames got completed fucked over , pardon my French but I'm an investor too I'm blowed about the dip and the market and the apy cut , shoot I didn't even like buying heros with bnb and then pairing the hero to llg for people to farm ... , but i truly back the ideas and development 1000% , yeah it sucks to see it pushed back .
But the team earned my trust and just because a couple things don't go right don't mean it was malicious .
This in mind , game is expected now q3 or q4
So let's say very end of q3
What good would marketing be half way through q1 , are we brain dead ? Do we want to waste money ?
Do you really just want liquidity for an exit ?
Sit down , take a chill pill .
Literally the only marketing we need atm is massive shilling to family and friends , grow the community by taking it to your community.
If you haven't brought in 10 plus people, kindly shut up about marketing.
If you haven't put in 10k + , please once again kindly close your mouth about marketing .
The plans remain the same , and the updates have slowly been coming out.
Team clearly have heard the grievances and have been doing as much as they can to tackle them .
I imagine things will be revamped closer to time as well to get the show really on the road .
Sell at a loss and get gone , or put your seat belt on , grab a pillow and blanket, get comfortable and wait for everyone to work around you .... or go work for your bag , be something and somebody of use .

📣 Lucid Lands Official Announcement 📣
Hello, our kind and patient Lucid Lands Community!
The team has been hard at work building the game, developing partnerships, expanding the Lucid Lands ecosystem, and much more! We are well aware of the lack of engagement recently and we would like to deliver the most sincere apologies to all our believers. We want to give you all full confidence regarding Lucid Lands project.
We will continuously work on the game development until its finished with the highest quality. This top-priority goal of our team has never changed and won't be changed.
All blockchain games that launch within a short time or right at launch are majorly turn base games (card games). The sourcecode of such games are available to purchase in the market. This means that the team either does not need to code anything for the game or only need to "fix" here and there based the available sourcecode. For Lucid game, our game codes need to be built completely from scratch as there are no similar sourcecode available in the market for us to purchase. Usually, a gaming studio needs at least 6 months to years to fully develop a game that is on a similar complexity as Lucid game. So while we are always trying our best to launch the game as fast as we can, please kindly do not rush the team... Because rushing the team wont make any changes. Also being rushed, the game devs cannot complete the games carefully without flaws. And here, as our game launch already takes time, high quality is the main factor that can help distinguish our product from zillions of gamefi products out there.
Previously, when discussing with the game devs, they estimated our beta version is available to launch during March-April. Yet, due to some complex features based on the game script, the game devs say that they need more time to complete the codes as the codes are built from scratch and need many testing. Besides, we hire a graphic team to design our own gaming assets from scratch as well. Not only the dev team but also the graphic team need more time.
So after all, we decided to officially announce that our game launch will be pushed toward Q3/Q4 of 2022. (At our best, we will try to fit the launch within Q3).
We really believe our product will speak for itself and will be so worth for the wait, because it will be completely unique gaming concept in the Gamefi market with highly crafted gaming experience !!
